I'm Divahar. I run Yunize, a solo product studio in Kitchener, Ontario.
Before this, I spent eight years building software at enterprise scale, shipping React Native mobile apps used daily by hundreds of thousands of users. I shipped through outages, security audits, regulatory reviews, performance ceilings, peer reviews, the works. The kind of production rigor most early-stage teams never experience until something breaks at the worst possible time.
I left to work differently. The teams I want to work with — founders and small teams with real businesses — usually can't hire someone with my background full-time. They end up with three options, all imperfect: agencies (juniors managed by account executives), freelancers (good but stretched thin), or hiring full-time too early and burning runway.
Yunize is the fourth option: one senior engineer, working with you directly. No layers. No "your account manager will follow up next week." I do the architecture, I write the code, I sit on the calls when something is broken at 11pm.
